VHS tapes and VCR players are a lost and outdated form of media. Digitizing those nostalgic moments to be more accessible at any time is a privilege. We are now offering this service, allowing you to relive those precious memories.
Pricing & Information
Digitizing is $50 per tape.
Tapes must be mailed to SW Films. The fully digitized tape can be sent via a cloud transfer service such as We Transfer/Google Drive or a USB thumb drive.
If customer wants VHS tapes back after video capture, SW Films will mail back the package with a return label and thumb drive with footage embedded or with the cloud transfer.
Any customer who doesn’t want VHS tapes can choose to have SW recycle their tapes.
Important to Note:
Will not take any tapes that have explicit content featured on them; including any sexual, violent or criminal content.
Will not edit any of the footage together into a singular project or into an existing project.
If tapes are inaccessible during video capture, tapes will be mailed back and will be sent a $40 refund.
